The Waldorf School of Lexington is excited to announce a major campus improvement scheduled for summer 2017: a full renovation of the downstairs girls and boys bathrooms, adding an adult bathroom, all fully ADA compliant, plus a janitor's closet and handicapped access to the rear of the Adams Building.

Sucks they don't use chalk anymore at schools. Isn't it more eco friendly too?? I mean those markers are made of plastic and chemicals.

@@nellielinklater7154 Yes I'm aware of that! The summer solstice to Adonis aka Tammuz is worldwide thing from Babylon. Exposed in the bible in Ezekiel 8 and even Albert Pike mentions it with their Freemasonry Rites. Pike calls Adonis the sun lord or master. Adonis/Tammuz is the incest child of Nimrod.

Chalkboards are beautiful too bad I didn’t experience this in public school I was so excited on my first day in 1999 and walked in a plain cold whiteboard 😞

An excellent demonstration. These children have been taught well and keep their ribbons nice and taut. The pattern on the maypole is perfect.

I love Waldorf
This video does a nice job explaining -- and just as importantly, showing -- why the blackboard is an essential professional tool for Waldorf teachers. Combining a simple chalkboard, vibrant chalks in a rainbow of colors, and the artistry of Waldorf-trained teachers, academics come to life through the grades.
